As of January 2020, Spectrum requires each hosted customer to whitelist all static IP addresses that will be able to pull data from their database.
In order for Ryvit to access your Spectrum data, we’ll need you to whitelist our IPs. Here's how to do that:Click here to access the request form.
The IP addresses that need to be whitelisted are:
- Note: If you have any problems accessing/completing the form, please contact Spectrum Support for assistance. This form is protected by a login wall within Clearview, so Ryvit cannot do this for you.
